Information handled by the website
The website handles information that you provide when you place an order, request delivery, contact the showroom, subscribe to the newsletter or use the website chat. Depending on the service, this can include your name, email address, phone number, delivery or collection details, order notes, enquiry text, chat messages and product selections.
Newsletter subscription emails are stored in the customer system so the subscription request and published discount can be administered.
Website usage information
The storefront records page paths, referring pages, session and visitor identifiers, browser and device categories, campaign parameters and actions such as product views, cart activity and purchases. The site uses session and visitor cookies for these functions. Configured analytics services may also receive website-usage information.
How information is used

Service providers
Payment is completed on Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe receives the information needed to process the payment and shipping address collection. Queen Style Furniture keeps the order, payment status and related Stripe transaction references in its business system.
Messages sent to the AI showroom assistant, together with recent chat context and relevant catalogue information, are processed by the configured AI service to generate a response. If contact details are included in a chat message, the website may create a CRM lead so showroom staff can follow up. Do not put sensitive information into the AI chat.
Relevant information may also be processed by the hosting and configured analytics services used to operate and measure the website.
Records and privacy requests
