Delivery and collection options
Orders can be delivered to an Australian address or collected from the Queen Style Furniture showroom at 267 Settlement Road, Thomastown VIC 3074. Showroom collection is free, and the team will contact you when the order is ready.
Free delivery across Greater Melbourne
- Greater Melbourne: standard delivery is free for every product ordered through this website to an eligible Melbourne address.
- All online products: furniture and home décor are included, with no minimum spend or delivery label required.
- Regional and interstate furniture: a $250 base rate is calculated at checkout. A manager will contact you to confirm the final shipping rate.
- Home décor outside Greater Melbourne: $20 up to 4 kg, then $6 for each commenced kilogram over 4 kg. This charge is added to a regional or interstate furniture delivery.
- Showroom collection: free collection remains available from 267 Settlement Road, Thomastown VIC 3074.
Free standard delivery covers transport of a website order to a qualifying Greater Melbourne address. Enter the delivery suburb, state and postcode at checkout to confirm eligibility. Installation and assembly are not included. Any special handling must be confirmed and priced separately with the team.
The free offer applies to the initial standard delivery. If delivery cannot be completed because access is unavailable or no one is present, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Timing and access
- Delivery dates are estimates and depend on stock availability, supplier timing and site access.
- Customers are responsible for checking room measurements, entrances, hallways, lifts, stairways, doorways and parking before confirming an order.
- The balance must be paid before delivery, collection or staging bump-in.
