Delivery and collection options
Orders can be delivered to an Australian address or collected from the Queen Style Furniture showroom at 267 Settlement Road, Thomastown VIC 3074. Showroom collection is free, and the team will contact you when the order is ready.
Published delivery charges
- Melbourne Metro furniture orders under $5,000: $150 flat-rate delivery.
- Melbourne Metro furniture orders of $5,000 or more: free delivery.
- Regional and interstate furniture orders: a $250 base rate is calculated at checkout. A manager will contact you to confirm the final shipping rate.
- Home décor up to 4 kg: $20 flat-rate shipping.
- Home décor over 4 kg: $20 plus $6 for each commenced kilogram over 4 kg.
- Home décor shipping is added to a furniture delivery unless the order qualifies for free Melbourne Metro furniture delivery.

Timing and access
- Delivery and installation dates are estimates and depend on stock availability, supplier timing and site access.
- Customers are responsible for checking room measurements, entrances, hallways, lifts, stairways, doorways and parking before confirming an order.
- If delivery cannot be completed because access is unavailable or no one is present, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- The balance must be paid before delivery, collection, installation or staging bump-in.
