Queen Style Furniture sales terms
These terms summarise the sales and delivery wording currently used by Queen Style Furniture for website, showroom and quoted orders. By making payment, a customer confirms acceptance of the applicable sales and delivery terms.
Quotes, orders and payment
- Quoted prices are valid until the quote expiry date and may change after that date.
- A deposit is required to confirm an order. Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
- The balance must be paid before delivery, collection, installation or staging bump-in.
- Product availability can change. Website checkout checks the current product price and availability before creating an order.
- Online payments are completed through Stripe-hosted checkout.
Delivery, access and measurements
- Delivery dates are estimates and depend on stock availability, supplier timing and site access.
- Free standard delivery across Greater Melbourne does not include installation or assembly. Any special handling must be confirmed separately.
- Customers are responsible for checking room measurements, access, lifts, stairways, doorways and parking before confirming an order.
- If delivery cannot be completed because access is unavailable or no one is present, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Cancellations, returns and warranty
Floor stock, clearance stock, custom orders and special orders are sold as agreed and are not refundable for change of mind. Any damage, shortage or issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection with proof of purchase and photos where relevant.
