Published warranty periods
- Furniture frames: 2–5 years.
- Mattresses: 5 years.
- Recliner motors and electrical components: 1–3 years.
- Foam, cushioning, fabric and stitching: 1 year.

Exclusions in the current sales terms
Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage and unauthorised repairs.
Requesting support
Contact Queen Style Furniture with proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos where relevant. Damage, shortage or other issues identified at delivery or collection must be reported within 48 hours.
These warranty terms operate alongside rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
