Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I sit on the sofas before buying?
Yes. Pieces marked “Showroom pickup” are on display at 267 Settlement Rd, Thomastown, open seven days (Mon–Sat 10–5, Sun 11–5). Ones marked “Online purchase only” aren’t in the showroom.
Is delivery free?
Free standard delivery is included across Greater Melbourne for every website product. Regional and interstate delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Will it fit through my door?
Measure your narrowest doorway, hallway and any stair turns, then compare them with the sofa’s depth and height on its product page. Modular sofas come in separate pieces, which makes tight entries easier.
